
Dr. Muasher has done his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the prestigious Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine (Home of America’s first in vitro fertilization baby) under the direction of Drs. Howard and Georgeanna Jones from 1983-1985. Since then, he has spent almost his entire career in academic medicine, training and teaching hundreds of residents and fellows. He was promoted to a full Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1994. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He has served as Director of the In Vitro Fertilization program at the Jones Institute from 1988-2000, Director of the Division of Advanced Reproductive Technologies from 1994-1998, as well as Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from 1998-2000. Currently, Dr. Muasher is the Medical Director of the Muasher Center for Fertility and IVF in Fairfax, Virginia and holds academic appointments at three medical schools, including Johns Hopkins, George Washington University and Virginia Commonwealth University.
