In 2004, the King Hussein Cancer Foundation USA (KHCF-USA), an independent non governmental non- profit 501 (c) (3) organization, was founded to support the life-saving work of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) in Jordan, and its medical arm, the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC).

KHCF-USA is run by Board Members comprised of a dedicated group of volunteers, of which Dr. Suhail J. Muasher is President. The Executive Vice President is HRH Princess Ghida Talal.

KHCF USA is exempt from United States Federal Income Tax under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to KHCF-USA are tax deductible in the United States to the full extent allowed by law.
